2. Billing

EuroFusion Hosting offers the option to purchase paid bundles using a virtual currency that is non-refundable, non-transferable, and holds no value in real currency. Users can acquire it through various methods outlined on our platform.

Paid bundles purchased will auto-renew monthly, provided that the user has sufficient balance in their account. EuroFusion Hosting will automatically deduct the required amount from the user's account for the renewal of services.

3. Prohibited Activities

EuroFusion Hosting strictly prohibits the use of our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Hosting of malicious, crypto miner, (D)Dossing software or any other kind of content with harmful intent.
• Hosting scams on our service. This includes but is not limited to: Scam Discord bots, Scamming websites.
• Hosting any content that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to illegal drugs, copyrighted materials, or adult content.
• Hosting or distributing any illegal content or engaging in activities that promote or facilitate illegal activities.

In the case of a Legal authority contacting us for any illegal doing, you give us the right to share your data with these.

Also users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Creating or using multiple accounts for any purpose. Doing so will result in account suspension and/or other.
• Distributing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Abusing of any bug or feature with intent to profit or not.

We also reserver the right to add/remove reasons to the list at any moment without discretion and to do actions for things not listed.

4. Termination of Services

EuroFusion Hosting reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user found in violation of these terms without prior notice. We may also take legal action against individuals or entities engaged in illegal activities. Additionally, EuroFusion Hosting reserves the right to delete your account and servers at any time, even if no specific violation of terms has occurred.

5. Limitation of Liability

EuroFusion Hosting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
